Pre-production sampling
We stitch a physical prototype to your dimensions and logo, then dispatch it by FedEx or DHL within 5 to 7 working days for you to check in hand.
Raw fibre allocation
High-grade golden jute is allocated from West Bengal mills, registered with the National Jute Board of India. The fibre is pre-treated and dyed under controlled humidity.
Stitching and AQL 2.5 inspection
Die-cutting, screen printing with azo-free inks, reinforced stitching. In-line inspectors check tensile load and print registration before anything is packed.
Sea or air freight
Packed in five-ply export cartons with desiccant. Dispatched through Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Jute, Cotton or Juco: Which Fabric Suits Your Brand
The three fabrics differ in load capacity, print resolution and cost per unit. Pick on the basis of what the bag has to carry and how fine the artwork is.
A stiff, coarse plant fibre that biodegrades and composts. The highest tensile strength of the three, which is why supermarket shoppers and heavy merchandise bags are made from it.
